Job Responsibilities:
1.Proficient in English for technical and business communication, and report writing.
2.Responsible for hardware, communication, programming configuration, and debugging of DCS upper and lower computer systems.
3.Independently analyze and provide effective solutions for automation issues during project commissioning and production operation.
4.Quickly digest technical documents and offer implementation strategies for projects involving new equipment, new processes, and complex control systems.
5.Optimize control logic programs and HMI configuration screens to improve system efficiency and stability.
6.Propose rational suggestions for project implementation and prepare technical specifications and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
1.Experience leading or participating in overseas automation projects preferred.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields; 5+ years’ experience in automation preferred.
3.Familiar with automation instrumentation and electrical control principles; capable of independently handling on-site technical problems.
4.Proficient in CAD; able to interpret instrumentation, electrical, and control engineering drawings for field implementation and technical guidance; familiar with LD, FBD, and ST programming logic; skilled in control theory and classical control models; capable of independently writing control logic programs per process requirements.
5.Knowledgeable in microcomputer and circuit principles; able to optimize program structure for efficiency and system stability; familiar with HMI configuration processes; able to script in Basic, Pascal, and C.
6.Familiar with mainstream industrial communication protocols; understands network communication architecture; able to propose optimized network structures per control requirements.
